Returns & Refunds

We test all the tools we sell and pride ourselves on only carrying the best available. If you’re having difficulty or are unhappy with a tool you purchased from our website, please contact us using the email below and we may be able to help you get the results you expected.

We offer exchange or refund where the item is faulty or is not as described on our website.

Returns for faulty products must be received within 30 days of you receiving your faulty items. If 30 days have passed since you received the items, and you haven’t contacted us to advise of the faulty product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, we will happily replace the faulty product for you.

You must first email us on [email protected] to advise of the faulty product and provide a photo/s. We will then provide instructions on how to return the faulty item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the faulty product to us.

In order to process your return, we require proof of purchase, and the product must be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. A replacement product will then be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If for any reason we are unable to replace the product, we will provide you with a refund of the cost of the item. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the faulty product.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of us notifying you of an approved refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/ debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
