Wonderfil Ultimate Thread Dispenser
$25.00The Ultimate Thread Dispenser™️ is a unique sewing accessory that greatly improves the thread draw and tension during sewing. With the combination of the rotating base and thread guide, it promotes a consistent and even thread draw that is especially useful for tangled or slippery threads, or threads with a high memory such as metallic. This device can be used with any thread type, but you’ll see the largest benefits with slippery threads and metallic threads.
Since using this dispenser, Pauline has found that it gets rid of all the twists out of any of the threads she uses, and no longer gets any jamming or splits in her threads!
This dispenser is made to fit all mini king cone spools from WonderFil (such as the DecoBob & FabuLux threads). While it also fits some other brand’s mini cone size spools, it is worth checking the measurements below to be sure.
We recommend using the Ultimate Thread Dispenser™️ on the vertical spool pin of your machine. While it can also be used on the horizontal spool pin, not all sewing machine compartments will be large enough to fit it. If your machine only has the horizontal pin, make sure to check your manual to find out if you have a vertical holder built in or included in the machine tool box.

Wonderfil DecoBob Thread – Antique White
$16.50This incredible 80wt 2-ply cottonized polyester thread carries a textured matte finish that has been treated to behave more like cotton and eliminate stretch. Delicate but incredibly strong, this lightweight thread ensures stitching becomes less bulky and designs softer while the fine weight also allows for more acute miters and rounder and smoother curves.
Pauline highly recommends this thread for Controlled Quilting and loves using it herself. It is a lighter thread than the FabuLux thread which makes it ideal for going over the same lines multiple times. This colour is also fantastic for filling in the background on lighter fabric colours.

MonoPoly Thread – Large Spool
$65.00MonoPoly Thread – Large Spool contains 10,000 yards of 100% polyester mono-filament thread. It is often referred to as ‘invisible thread’ because of how fine it is and being clear in colour.
Ideal for use with both applique and quilting projects, especially for Quilt As You Go quilts with sashings where you don’t want your stitching to be seen.
MonoPoly Thread is strong with low-stretch, but is also soft and pliable. It won’t become brittle or dis-colour over time.
You can use MonoPoly in both the top and bobbin of your sewing machine. The spool will come with a net ‘jacket’. This is to remain on the spool during use as it will help ensure the thread doesn’t unravel and dispense too fast during sewing.
