The Sasher Collection Medium Set has a total of 4 different sized Sashers, including 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ wide.
The Sasher Collection Medium Set allows you to make great bindings and trims for any project, including dressmaking. You’ll be able to quickly and easily fold bias or straight grain fabric strips using just the Sasher Tool and an iron.
You will notice that the sides of the Sasher have a curved shape. This is so the curved edge of an iron can neatly fit against the Sasher as you push it along; Which means no more burnt fingers! Pauline recommends using the mini iron as it fits perfectly in the curve of the Sasher.
Please note – the size on the Sasher is the finished size of the folded strip. For example, if you require a 3/4″ finished size, cut the fabric 1 1/2″ wide and then put through the 3/4″ Sasher.

I’m still getting used to using these. But I have done some QAYG and put some sashing on one side. it worked very well and I changed the bobbin thread to give a different line on the other side.

I ordered Pauline’s book and a set of sashers as my Christmas present. Over the last 2 weeks I have been making a 9 square disappearing patch quilt and have used the sasher for my strips which I put on the back instead of the front as the pastel colours are on one side and busy pattern on the back. What an amazing invention. Photos of both sides- not finished yet.
