NOTE – Quilting Boards and Irons are unable to be shipped overseas.

When will my order dispatch?
All orders (except backorders) dispatch our warehouse within 1 – 4 business days, excluding Public Holidays.
We strive to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock. If you place an order for an item that is listed as available for backorder, you will receive a notification to advise this. Please allow up to an extra 15 business days for your order to be shipped if containing an item on back order.
How do I track my order?
Once orders are dispatched by Australia Post, you will receive an automatically generated email from Australia Post to advise that your parcel has been sent. If you live within Australia, you will then also receive a notification to advise when your parcel is onboard with the driver for delivery, had an attempted delivery, and been delivered.
Please use the tracking number/ email provided by Australia Post to check the status of your parcel. We are not able to follow parcels up on your behalf once they leave our warehouse and have no control over how long Australia Post takes to deliver items.
Items that are small enough to be posted with stamps will not generate an email or tracking details due to being sent by normal post methods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post have advised that they are currently experiencing delays with processing and delivery of parcels. This is due to the higher than usual demand with online shopping during Covid-19, the reduced flights across Australia and overseas, and the unexpected lockdowns.
You may find your parcel takes an extended period of time to arrive. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please note that we send all orders (unless otherwise advised) within 4 business days of being received.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
We recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive if located within Australia (possibly longer if you are in Western Australia or South Australia), and up to 20 – 30 working days (4 – 6 weeks) if you are located Internationally.
Please note that we have no control over how long Australia Post take to deliver items, once they have left our warehouse.
What do I do if I’ve incorrectly put in my shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If this is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can change the mailing address prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. If the parcel has already left our warehouse, we cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost. If we receive the returned parcel back, the additional shipping cost will then need to be paid by the customer in order for us to resend your parcel.
My parcel is being returned to sender?
If an order is returned to Pauline’s Quilters World by fault of Pauline’s Quilters World, we will cover postage and re-send the parcel out in the first instance. Unsuccessful deliveries that occur due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended, will require a postage payment to be made by the customer so the parcel can be re-sent.
How much is postage?
We offer flat rate postage based on the size of the parcel, and your location either within Australia or Overseas. The relevant flat rate postage amount will be applied and shown during checkout. Please refer to the table at the bottom of this section for guidance on our flat rate postage amounts.
If you spend over $180 and live within Australia, your shipping is free, unless you purchase Hobbs Heirloom or Cotton Batting by the Metre without the purchase of another product. If the only item in your order is the Hobbs Heirloom or Cotton Batting by the Metre, the highest flat rate shipping amount will be incurred. We are not able to offer free shipping on this batting alone due to the cost to send these parcels.
Please note – It is your responsibility to select the free shipping method offered in the checkout area. If you fail to select the free shipping method, we cannot refund the postage amount you have paid.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you place an order and go through the check-out process, then decide to order more products, we can only refund all or part of the freight costs of the second-order if it has occurred within 24 hours of the first order, and does not contain any large items such as batting that would obviously increase shipping costs.
Unfortunately, after this 24 hour grace period, once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders. We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has been successfully processed after this 24-hour window.

Please note: We have had to increase the flat rate shipping costs for international parcels. This is due to Australia Post increasing shipping amounts due to limited flights overseas from Covid-19 restrictions.
Customs and taxes: All prices are charged and displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include import or customs taxes. It is the customers responsibility to cover the additional costs associated with overseas purchases.
