We are delighted to have you join Pauline’s Quilters World ‘QISS Club’. These terms explain how our subscription works so that you can join with confidence. By signing up for this subscription, you agree to the terms below.

2. What is included?

As a subscriber, you will receive access to the following content throughout the year:

• 2 exclusive videos per month
• Early access to YouTube videos
• Members only live-streams
• New Product Previews
• Members only discounts on the PQW website
• Access to the QISS Club Community on a private Facebook group (coming soon)

Duration of Access: You have access to this content for as long as you are an active subscriber.

Content Exclusivity: As a QISS Club member, you enjoy first and exclusive priority access to our new videos. However, please note that we retain full ownership of our content. We reserve the right to release these videos to the general public, as individual products, or on other platforms in the future at our discretion.

Technical Support: We do our best to ensure all digital content is easy to access. If you ever have technical trouble, please contact us so we can help you. However, please be aware that we do not know troubleshooting for all devices, and you may need to contact your local internet provider or service for additional support.

3. Payments and Automatic Renewals

This is a monthly subscription.

Cost: The standard cost is $23.99 AUD per month, including GST/taxes.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day you originally signed up. This ensures your access is never interrupted.

Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.

4. How to Cancel (No Lock-in Contracts)

We want you to stay because you love the program, not because you are locked in.

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

How to do it: Simply log into your account and click ‘Cancel Subscription’ or email us at hello@pqw.com.au.

Access: If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the program until the end of your current billing month. After that, no further payments will be taken and access will be removed.

5. Refunds and Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind: As this is a digital service with immediate access to content, we generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the payment has been processed.

Major Problems: If we fail to provide the service we promised (eg. the website is down for a prolonged period, or the content is missing), you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Being a Respectful Member

We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming, and friendly space for all our members.

Community Rules: We ask that you treat fellow members and staff with kindness and respect.

Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or discrimination. We reserve the right to cancel the subscription of anyone violating these community standards.

7. Privacy and Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We collect your details (like your name and email) solely to provide you with the service and keep you updated. You can view our full Privacy Policy on our website.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Personal Use Only: The materials provided in this subscription (including videos, patterns, and class notes/tips) are for your personal use and enjoyment only.

No Commercial Use or Teaching: You are not permitted to use this content to teach classes, for any commercial purpose, or for monetary gain. This program is not a substitute for professional instructor training. If you are a teacher or business owner wishing to teach these methods, you must first undertake official professional training with Pauline’s Quilters World.

General Information Only: The content provided in this program is for educational and entertainment purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we accept no liability for any unintentional errors or omissions.
