Benji Dog Coat Pattern

The Benji Dog Coat Pattern will enable you to make a fantastic new coat for your pets for Winter.

By using your animals’ personal measurements, the coat can be made to fit all size pets. You can use fabric and batting from your stash or purchase new fabric to make something fashionable, fun and very warm for your adorable furry friend.

Made by weaving strips together to create a beautiful design to form the main outside part of the coat. These weaving strips are created by using our Weaver Sasher Set, which allows you to fold weaving strips already layered with batting. A quick and easy way to make this beautiful Benji Dog Coat Pattern.

** You can purchase either a downloadable PDF or the physical Pattern (please select the relevant option from the dropdown menu below the video). ** Please note – if purchasing the downloadable PDF, the Pattern can be printed as an A5 booklet or on A4 pages. However, the Benji Template Sheet must be printed as an A4 size (this is the size provided with the physical Pattern). If you live outside Australia, please google paper sizes to ensure you print your Pattern and Template Sheets on paper that is an equivalent size to Australia’s (or print to ‘actual size’ if paper is larger).

• Walking foot
• Sewing machine
• Thread to match chosen fabrics
• Roxanne Glue Baste-It
• MonoPoly Thread (optional)
• Weaver Sasher Set
• 1 1/8″ Sasher Tool
• 2″ Sasher Tool
• Titanium Topstitch Needles #80/12
• Open toe foot for sewing machine
• At least 9″ or 25cm long, and 1 1/2″ or 4cm wide velcro (positive and negative)
