The Dressing the Christmas Table Pattern includes instructions to make place mats and a table runner. They can be made from a jelly roll pack in any colour way that you like. It is also an excellent way to use up your stash.

If using your stash, cut a variety of different size strips, anywhere between 1” and 2 1⁄2” the width of the place mat or table runner.

Included in the Pattern is the Star, Holly and Leaf Templates, and the Santa Claus Layout Sheet.

  • 1.2m Fabric for backing for 1 table runner and 4 place mats
  • 50cms Hobbs Heirloom Double Sided Fusible Batting
  • Assorted fabrics for the appliques

Hi PQW Team, Having a ball with my new tools. I’ve made one set of place mats, still a little to go on the table runner. Loving the titanium sewing needles and MonoPoly thread. Thank you.

Not quite finished yet, but so easy and will look lovely on the Christmas table.
