You will notice that the sides of the Sasher have a curved shape. This is so the curved edge of an iron can neatly fit against the Sasher as you push it along; Which means no more burnt fingers! Pauline recommends using the mini iron as it fits perfectly in the curve of the Sasher.

Please note - the size on the Sasher is the finished size of the folded strip. For example, if you require a 2" finished size, cut the fabric 4" wide and then put through the 2" Sasher.

The Clover Bodkin Set is a very handy tool for use when quilting and sewing. This set contains 2 types of bodkins used to help pull ribbon, elastic, cording and fabric strips through a desired area or casing.

The first bodkin in the set is the 'Binding Type Bodkin', which is used for fairly wide elastic bands, string or fabric strips. To use - release the ring and place your item in the opening. Slide the ring towards the item to ensure it is held in place securely. Then simply pull it through your desired 'casing'.

The second bodkin is the 'Head Type Bodkin', which is used for finer elastic and string. To use - tie your elastic or ribbon to the ring end of the bodkin. Then pull through your desired 'casing'.

The Clover Bodkin Set is ideal for use with weaving strips during quilting. It can be used to assist with making some of our patterns that use woven strips including the Woven Floor Rug Pattern.
