EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If we cancel the event, or if there is a major change to the date, time, or location, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit for a future event.
  2. Ticket Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend at no extra cost. Please email us at hello@pqw.com.au with the new attendee’s name at least 48 hours before the event.
  3. Refunds for Change of Mind: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or can no longer attend due to personal circumstances. However, if you cancel more than 7 days before the event, we may offer a credit note or refund at our discretion.
  4. Technical Requirements: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection. We are unable to offer refunds for technical issues occurring on the participant’s end (eg. local internet outages or device compatibility).
  5. Missed Live Attendance: Because your registration includes 30 days of unlimited access to the recording, refunds will not be issued for missing the live stream. If you cannot attend live, you can enjoy the full experience at your convenience via the replay.
  6. Access Link Responsibility: If you have not received your exclusive access link 12 hours before the event (and have checked your junk/spam folder), please contact us at hello@pqw.com.au immediately. We cannot offer refunds for “missing links” if we are not notified before the event begins.
  7. Recording Availability: While we aim to have the replay available within 24 hours of the live event, occasional technical delays in processing may occur.
  8. Australian Consumer Law: Our policies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
