Roxanne Glue Baste-It is an incredible fabric glue that’s 100% water-soluble, meaning it washes out. The glue can be set with the use of a hot iron or left to dry naturally for 20 – 30 minutes. It holds firmly until you want to loosen it and does not feel stiff when dry.
It comes as a two-way applicator designed by Pauline Rogers for easier use. Remove the lid to find a small tip that is excellent for applying the glue to applique work, chenille strips, quilt binding – anywhere you would normally use pins. Turn the glue around and unscrew the base, where you will find a sponge which is ideal for spreading applied glue out across larger surfaces, such as sashings for Quilt As You Go projects.
Use Roxanne Glue in appliqué instead of Vliesofix (or other bondable webbing), and as a replacement for using pins. You’ll save time and money.
