The Colour Balance Tool helps you find the balance between light, medium, and dark fabrics in your quilting and patchwork projects. This balance of fabrics within each of your patchwork blocks means they will turn out much better and often be much more appealing to the eye.

To use, hold the Colour Balance Tool above your fabric, look down in to the red section and you will see what the fabrics are. To the eye, the fabrics may look well balanced and far enough apart in colour value, but when you place the Tool over them, you will see a true representation of the fabrics colour values.

For example, if you have two shades of pink fabrics (one you believe to be light and one medium) and a blue fabric, the Tool may reveal that the two pink fabrics are the same colour value (both light), whilst the blue shows as a dark colour value. This enables you to then choose another fabric for your medium colour value.

The heart cut out is for showing the fabric in its natural state, so you always have an easy way to refer back without fully removing the tool from above the fabric.

The Weaver Sasher Set can now be used in place of the Bag Straper Set!

The Weaver Sasher Set allows you to quickly and easily make weaving strips for use in quilting and sewing projects.

The Set includes a 1 1/2" and a 2 1/2" size, which allow you to fold weaving strips already layered with batting/wadding.

You will notice that the sides of the Sasher have a curved shape. This is so the curved edge of an iron can neatly fit against the Sasher as you push it along; Which means no more burnt fingers! Pauline recommends using the Mini Iron as it fits perfectly in the curve of the Sasher.

Initially designed to create patterns like our Woven Floor Rug Pattern, the Weaver Sashers can also be used to make the Benji Dog Coat Pattern.

Please note - Your fabric needs to be cut twice the size of the Weaver Sasher, with the batting needing to be cut ½” narrower. For example, using the 2 ½” tool, cut fabric 5” wide and cut batting 4 ½” wide.

This pack includes 20 Flower Head Pins.

The Clover Flower Head Pins are ideal to use with quilting and patchwork projects that have multiple layers of fabric.

The long length and sharpness of the pins means they hold layers of fabric together with ease; with the flat head being convenient for machine stitching and ironing.

Please note - the head of the Clover Flower Head Pins is not heat resistant. Do not apply iron directly to this area or it will melt. In addition,  the pins are anti-rust treated. If you have difficulty pinning onto fabric, polish with a cloth.

The Clover Bodkin Set is a very handy tool for use when quilting and sewing. This set contains 2 types of bodkins used to help pull ribbon, elastic, cording and fabric strips through a desired area or casing.

The first bodkin in the set is the 'Binding Type Bodkin', which is used for fairly wide elastic bands, string or fabric strips. To use - release the ring and place your item in the opening. Slide the ring towards the item to ensure it is held in place securely. Then simply pull it through your desired 'casing'.

The second bodkin is the 'Head Type Bodkin', which is used for finer elastic and string. To use - tie your elastic or ribbon to the ring end of the bodkin. Then pull through your desired 'casing'.

The Clover Bodkin Set is ideal for use with weaving strips during quilting. It can be used to assist with making some of our patterns that use woven strips including the Woven Floor Rug Pattern.
