Simply trace the designs onto your fabric in any number of configurations using a fabric marking pencil, then sew on the line with your feed dogs up and an open toe foot, on your domestic sewing machine one block at a time using a sew slip mat to help glide and guide your fabric as you simply sew on the lines.

Measuring 24cm x 32cm in size, the Small 3-in-1 Portable Quilting Board is ideal for those with smaller spaces. It's great for people who like to quilt on the go during their travels as it takes up minimal space in cars, caravans, motor-homes and cabins.

Included in the Small Board is a cutting mat, sanding sheet to hold your fabric in place whilst marking or drawing, and a design layout pad.

The outside of the board is also great for pressing (please note - it isn't suitable to leave your iron sitting face down on, as it will burn through the fabric).

These boards are used by Pauline during the majority of her cutting and piecing projects, and work well with a mini iron.

The Bohin Pencil Set is a marking pencil for use on fabrics. It is a super-fine, 0.9mm propelling mechanical pencil that glides over fabric beautifully. An excellent tool for marking fabric for quilting, embroidery, piecing, and more!

The Bohin Pencil Set is erasable or washable, and comes with an eraser and two different coloured lead refills - one each of white and black leads. The two lead colours mean you can mark a wide range of fabric colours with ease.

Great for use with our range of Rulers, and our Half and Quarter Square Triangle Rulers and Circle Tool as you can easily mark through the small laser cut marking holes.

MonoPoly Thread is a 100% polyester mono-filament thread. This spool contains 2,200 yards. It is commonly called an 'invisible thread' due to being clear in colour and how fine it is.

MonoPoly Thread is ideal for use with applique and quilting, especially for sashings where you don't want the stitching to be seen in Quilt As You Go quilts.

It won't become brittle or dis-colour over time, is strong with low stretch, but is also soft and pliable.

This amazing thread can be used in the top of the sewing machine and the bobbin. The spool will come with a net 'jacket' which is to remain on the spool during use. The jacket helps ensure the thread doesn't unravel and dispense too fast during sewing.

The Precision Quilt Wonders Ruler is one of Pauline's exclusively designed rulers for precision cutting and piecing. The ruler is sized at 6 inches x 12 inches with 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch markings.

The Precision Quilt Wonders Ruler has been laser cut, with the measurements etched by laser. This results in all measurements being true and accurate.

It is ideal to use in conjunction with the Bohin Pencil Set or the Hera Marker, when needing to mark lines on your quilting and patchwork projects.

Our 1/4" Sasher™ Tool is PQW's version of a bias maker. It allows you to quickly and easily fold bias or straight grain fabric strips using just the Sasher Tool and an iron.

Used to make stems and vines for applique, sashing strips for Quilt As You Go quiltmaking, bias tape for celtic or stained glass applique and bag handles.

You will notice that the sides of the Sasher have a curved shape. This is so the curved edge of an iron can neatly fit against the Sasher as you push it along; Which means no more burnt fingers!

Please note - that the size on the Sasher Tool is the finished size of the folded strip. If you require a 1/4" finished size, cut the fabric 1/2" wide and then put it through the 1/4" Sasher.

The 1 1/4" Sasher™ Tool is PQW's version of a bias maker. It allows you to quickly and easily fold bias or straight grain fabric strips in half (raw edges together), or perform a perfect bias fold using just the Sasher Tool and an iron.

Use the 1 1/4" Sasher to make:

• Stems and vines for applique,
• Sashing strips for Quilt As You Go quiltmaking,
• Bias tape for Celtic or stained glass applique
• Bag handles.
• Also the perfect size for use with Jelly Rolls (2 1/2" strips)

You will notice that the sides of the Sasher have a curved shape. This is so the curved edge of an iron can neatly fit against the Sasher as you push it along; Which means no more burnt fingers! Pauline recommends using the mini iron as it fits perfectly in the curve of the Sasher.

Please note - the size on the Sasher is the finished size of the folded strip. If you require a 1 1/4" finished size, cut the fabric 2 1/2" wide and then put it through the 1 1/4" Sasher.

You'll have perfectly folded strip every time!

Superior Titanium Coated Top Stitch Needles 80/12 are a top quality sewing machine needle that stays sharp longer than other needles. The Topstitch needle is the most common needle type used as it has a larger eye and deeper groove, and is recommended for piecing, quilting, embroidery, appliqué, and construction.

Having a good needle in your sewing machine is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to improve your stitching and sewing projects. You can have the most expensive machine available but if you’re using a cheap or worn out needle you’re not likely to get a great result.
